A Worldwide Network Serving Sri Lanka

The Global Forum of Professionals for Sri Lanka is an independent, non-political and solutions-oriented professional network. We connect qualified Sri Lankan professionals across the world with government institutions and other approved stakeholders requiring specialised knowledge, independent advice and international experience.

Our purpose is not to compete with existing professional organisations. We seek to complement their work by providing a collaborative platform through which global Sri Lankan expertise can contribute to national development.

“Expertise without politics. Advice without vested interests. Service to Sri Lanka without expectation of personal benefit.”

Thousands of Sri Lankan professionals around the world have gained expertise, experience and international exposure across engineering, technology, medicine, finance, law, agriculture, education, infrastructure, business, science, sports sciences and public health. GFPSL is being established to bring this expertise together in a structured, independent and collaborative forum.

PRINCIPLE 01

We seek no political positions or personal recognition — only to make knowledge and global connections available where they can contribute.

PRINCIPLE 02

Advice without vested interests

Members declare conflicts of interest. Advice is evidence-based and within each member's verified expertise.

PRINCIPLE 03

Service without expectation of benefit

GFPSL will not collect commissions for directing projects to members. Service to Sri Lanka is the sole objective.
